Yes. Inventory for every original is one. Once a painting is sold it cannot be purchased again, and its page remains online as part of the archive.
Originals at this level are acquired by conversation, not checkout. Condition, provenance, framing, crated shipping and insurance are all agreed before anything is paid.
Unless the artwork page says otherwise, paintings are sold unframed. That is deliberate: framing should suit your wall rather than the studio’s taste, and an unframed canvas travels more safely. If a work is already framed, its page says so.
Yes. Every painting sold from the studio is signed on the reverse, and a certificate signed by the artist is made out to the buyer at the point of sale: title, year, medium, support, dimensions and a photograph of the work. Keep it with the painting — it belongs to the object and passes on with it.
Originals ship from the artist’s studio in Florida. Anywhere in the United States as standard; international delivery is quoted on request. Shipping is insured and requires a signature on delivery.
Keep the packaging and photograph it before unwrapping any further, then write to the studio the same day with pictures of both the packaging and the painting. A claim is only possible while the packaging still exists.
No. The studio does not take commissioned work — what is available is what you see listed on the site.
Hang away from direct sunlight, heat sources and damp walls. Keep humidity reasonably stable. Dust with a dry, soft brush only — never water, cleaning products or solvents.
No. Each painting exists once and is sold after direct correspondence with the artist, so sales are final. That is why the studio answers questions about size, surface, condition and framing in writing first, and sends further photographs of a particular painting on request, before any payment is made.
No, and that is the ordinary position everywhere. You own the object: hang it, lend it, resell it, leave it to someone. The right to reproduce the image stays with the artist. You are free to photograph the work in your home and share that photograph.
The studio issues an invoice. Card or bank transfer, in full, before the work ships. There is no deposit scheme and no instalment plan.
